Eggo is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we store

Your recipes, meal plans, food logs, and shopping lists may be stored on your device and synced to your private account so your household can use shared features. We do not sell your data.

Account and profile data

When you create an account, we store your email and the profile preferences you choose to provide, such as dietary preferences, allergies, and nutrition goals, to operate and personalize Eggo.

AI features

Messages sent to Chef and the context needed to answer them may be processed by our service providers. Avoid including information you do not want processed as part of an AI request.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we use your email only for Eggo launch and early-access updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
